• You may upload images, audio files, or provide links (including YouTube links) to be used in quizzes.
• You are solely responsible for any content you upload or link.
• You represent and warrant that you own the rights to your content or have permission to use it.
• You retain ownership of your content, but grant PinThe.Place a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, and use it within the Service.

3. Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload, post, or share content that:

• Violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Is illegal, hateful, obscene, pornographic, violent, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Contains malware, spam, or harmful code.
• Misrepresents or impersonates others.

4. Third-Party Content

• Quizzes may include links to third-party services (e.g., YouTube). We do not control and are not responsible for external content.
• Use of third-party services is governed by their own terms (e.g., YouTube’s Terms of Service).

5. Copyright Complaints

• Identification of the copyrighted work.
• Identification of the allegedly infringing content (URL or sufficient detail).
• Your contact information.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.

We will investigate and remove infringing content in accordance with applicable law (including the Canadian Copyright Act and, where applicable, the DMCA).

6. Monetization & Advertising

PinThe.Place may display advertisements, affiliate links, and sponsored content, including but not limited to Google AdSense and Amazon Affiliate links. By using the Service, you acknowledge that such advertising may appear alongside quizzes and user content. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of third-party advertisements or offers.

7. Service Availability

We do not guarantee continuous or error-free availability of the Service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PinThe.Place and its operator (Mark Brzozowski) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of the Service or user content.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Quebec for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
